Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern access to and use of the G-Track web console and the G-Track Driver apps for iPhone and Android (the “Services”). By creating an account, signing in, or using the Services, you agree to these Terms.

1. The Services

G-Track is software for fleet dispatch, live GPS tracking, proof of delivery, expenses, and related operations. We provide the software and hosting. Your organization is responsible for how it uses G-Track to run its own deliveries, drivers, and vehicles.

2. Accounts

  • You must provide accurate information and keep credentials confidential.
  • Fleet administrators may create, disable, or delete user accounts in their organization.
  • You must be authorized by your organization to use the account assigned to you.
  • Notify your administrator if you believe an account is compromised.

3. Driver app and location

Drivers use the mobile apps to receive jobs, update stops, capture proof of delivery, chat, and share GPS with their fleet. Precise location may be collected while the app is in use. If the driver enables background location, location may also be collected even when the app is closed or not in use, as described in the Privacy Policy.

Drivers can decline or later disable background location in the app (Android Profile → Tracking) and in device settings. The organization may still require location sharing as a condition of using the driver role. G-Track is not a navigation, emergency, or insurance product.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Misuse accounts, impersonate others, or access data that is not yours.
  • Interfere with the Services, probe systems without permission, or attempt to bypass access controls.
  • Upload unlawful, infringing, or harmful content, including fake proof of delivery.
  • Use location or job data for purposes unrelated to the assigned delivery work.
  • Resell, scrape, or reverse engineer the Services except as allowed by law.

5. Customer content and jobs

Organizations own their operational data (jobs, locations, photos, messages, and similar records) that they put into G-Track. You grant us a limited license to host, process, and display that data solely to provide the Services. We do not claim ownership of your delivery records.

6. Availability

We design G-Track for high availability, including the 99% availability target described on our site. The Services may still be interrupted for maintenance, network issues, device permissions, or events outside our control. Live GPS depends on the driver’s device, OS permissions, and connectivity.

7. Intellectual property

G-Track, the apps, the console, and related marks and software are owned by us or our licensors. These Terms do not transfer any ownership to you. You may not copy or redistribute the apps except through official stores or our distribution.

8. Disclaimer

The Services are provided “as is.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and uninterrupted or error-free operation. We do not warrant that GPS positions are always current or that a delivery will complete on time.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, G-Track and its operators are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-profit damages, or for lost cargo, delay, or routing decisions made by your organization. Our total liability for claims relating to the Services is limited to the fees (if any) paid to us for the Services in the three months before the claim.

10. Termination

You may stop using the Services at any time. We or your organization may suspend or terminate access if these Terms are violated, if an account is unused, or if we discontinue the product. After termination, we may retain records as described in the Privacy Policy.

11. Changes

We may update these Terms. The “Last updated” date will change when we do. If you continue to use the Services after an update, you accept the new Terms. If you do not agree, stop using the Services and ask your administrator to disable your account.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Thailand, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Courts in Thailand have exclusive jurisdiction, except where applicable consumer or employment law requires otherwise.
